Job description

Position Summary:

Utilizing expert knowledge in airsideย operationsย toย ensure safe aircraft handling.ย  Promote DHL training methods and best demonstrated practices.ย ย Strong communication skills and the ability to coachย airsideย safety andย procedures complianceย with motivational and developmental feedback.ย ย Maintain productive and positive relationships with Operations Management while working alongside Airside teams for continuousย complianceย improvements.ย ย Must be able to perform all basic functions within Airside Operations and demonstrate best practices as outlined inย AGOM and Americas Regional training.ย ย ย 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Observe andย reviewย compliantย ground handling.ย ย 
  • Participate in developing digital contentย geared towards safe aircraft handling.ย 
  • Communicate findings and actions in a timely manner, daily/weekly follow-up.ย 
  • Ensure strict adherence to ground handling procedures.ย 
  • Liaiseย with Operations Management to ensure safe operations.ย 
  • Maintain current knowledge of Airside Operations per GSAM.ย 
  • Ability to perform and demonstrate all basic Airside Operations tasks.ย 
  • Ability to work alongside agents within the operation while auditing and coaching.ย ย 

Qualifications:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  CVG Operations experience required.ย ย 

  • High degree of self-motivation.ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Must be able to work as a team with internal and external customers.ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strongย communication skills.ย ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Current in AARSTT, RLVP, GSC.ย 

  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word,ย Excel,ย basic report writing)ย 
  • Ability to travel (20%).ย
