Sodexo Live! is hiring experienced Barbacks and Bar Beverage Attendants to support elevated beverage service inside the American Express Centurion Lounge at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This is an opportunity to work within a refined hospitality environment that caters to distinguished travelers and delivers a luxury lounge experience centered around professionalism, precision, and exceptional service.
We are seeking hospitality professionals with at least 2 years of prior bar support experience who understand the expectations of upscale food & beverage operations. Candidates with backgrounds in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, premium airport lounges, cocktail bars, or white-tablecloth environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is not a standard barback role. Successful candidates bring a polished presence, strong inventory discipline, and the ability to maintain seamless bar operations during high-volume service while upholding elevated hospitality standards.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Maintain impeccable bar organization and presentation throughout service.
  • Execute precise stocking and replenishment of liquor, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, china, glassware, and bar supplies.
  • Support bartenders with urgency and professionalism during high-volume service periods.
  • Manage inventory rotation, product dating, and receiving procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure back bar, storage, and service areas consistently meet luxury hospitality and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with polished glassware handling, bussing, and maintaining a clean, refined guest-facing environment.
  • Monitor bar product levels proactively to ensure uninterrupted service flow.
  • Support opening and closing responsibilities with consistency and accountability.
  • Maintain full compliance with airport, safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.

Qualifications:
