Description

 Position Summary:

The CDL Class B Shuttle Truck Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting products between the main plant and designated warehouse locations. Operating during first shift hours, this role plays a critical part in maintaining the flow of goods and supporting daily logistics operations. The driver will handle loading and unloading tasks using pallet jacks and forklifts, ensure accurate data entry via scanning systems, and maintain vehicle readiness through routine fueling and inspections.

Responsibilities:

Operate a shuttle truck to transport products between facilities.

Load and unload goods using hand and power pallet jacks or forklifts.

Accurately enter shipment data using scanners and computer systems.

Perform routine fueling and basic vehicle maintenance checks.


Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years.

At least one year of verifiable driving experience.

Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Current Medical Examiner's Certification Card or ability to pass DOT physical.

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Additional Requirements: 

Certification or ability to be certified in forklift and pallet jack operation.

Physical ability to lift and move items weighing 10-40 pounds
