Position Summary:

The Concierge Driver serves as an extension of the Club's hospitality experience by anticipating member needs and delivering elevated, concierge-level service throughout each transportation experience. This position is responsible for providing safe, dependable, and professional transportation services for members, guests, and employees while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. The Concierge Driver supports daily transportation operations, including airport shuttles, employee transportation coordination, and vehicle upkeep, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and first-class experience for all passengers.

EssentialResponsibilities:

  • Safely transport members, guests, and residents to and from designated destinations
  • Provide airport shuttle transportation for members in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to shuttle and operate a vehicle carrying up to 14 passengers
  • Shuttle H2B employees between housing, work locations, airports, and other assigned destinations
  • Coordinate and manage daily transportation schedules for members and employees
  • Maintain punctual pickup and drop-off times while ensuring passenger safety and comfort
  • Assist passengers with luggage, bags, mobility assistance devices and personal belongings as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of company vans and transportation vehicles
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or repair needs promptly
  • Ensure vehicles are properly fueled, clean, , sanitized and prepared for daily operations
  • Monitor traffic, weather, airport activity, and road conditions to determine the safest and most efficient routes
  • Maintain accurate transportation logs, schedules, mileage, and incident reports
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Provide courteous, professional, and member-focused service at all times
  • Coordinate with concierge, valet, security, food & beverage, and management teams as needed
  • Handle special transportation requests and assist with additional duties as assigned
  • Provide elevated hospitality service during transportation experiences, including offering bottled water, refreshments, snacks, towels, or other approved amenities when applicable
  • Ensure all food and beverage amenities are properly stocked, presented, and served in a professional and elegant manner
  • Anticipate member and guest needs while maintaining discretion, confidentiality, and exceptional service standards

Knowledge& Skill Requirements:

  • An active CDL and Florida Driver's License are required, or the ability to obtain them prior to employment
  • A minimum of three years of driving experience/record
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous driving, shuttle, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of local roads, airports, and navigation systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to lift and transport luggage or packages when necessary
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Education & Work Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in hospitality, country club, or luxury service environments
  • Defensive driving certification
  • Experience managing transportation schedules or employee shuttles
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus
