About the Role:

As an Airport Operations Concierge, you will provide exceptional Customer service while ensuring operational precision across all airport functions.You'llhandle check-in, boarding, baggage, ramp operations, and lounge presentation, balancingsafetyand hospitality to deliver an effortless travel experience.

A Day in the Life:

Your day will be active and hands-on, supporting both Customer-facing and ground-handling operations to ensure safe, on-time, and memorable journeys for ourCustomers.

Additionalresponsibilities include:

  • Welcome Customers and guide them through the check-in and boarding process with professionalism and care.

  • Marshal aircraft and assist in safe arrival and departure operations.

  • Load and unload baggage, cargo, and amenities efficiently and accurately.

  • Maintain lounge and aircraft cleanliness, restocking supplies as needed to ensure brand consistency.

  • Monitor and comply with all security, DOT/FAA, and Company regulations.

  • Act as a Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) when required.

  • Identify and report safety or operational issues immediately.

  • Support irregular operations (IROP) recovery efforts with proactive communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • In accordance with federal regulations, this role is open only to U.S. citizens. All candidates must successfully complete the required federal background checks and eligibility screenings. Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for employment.

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.

  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds

  • Ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing.

  • Available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends.

Preferred Experience:

  • 4-year degree in a related field

  • Previous aviation, ramp, or hospitality experience

Important Safety and Security Requirements:

All Airport Services Crewmembers are certified as Ground Security Coordinators (GSCs), trained for customer and baggage security screening, and are responsible for:

  • Monitoring the operational environment and reporting safety risks in real time

  • Ensuring compliance with updated policies, alerts, and regulatory guidance

  • Maintaining personal readiness for safety-sensitive duties

  • Participating in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines

Pay & Perks:

  • Compensation is$19.00/hour. This wasestablishedafter performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
