Job Summary
Reporting Controllers are responsible for overseeing operation and ensuring that trucks are accounted for at all times. Reporting Controllers create cases if trucks fail to arrive at scheduled appointment time and follow through until trucks depart. Reporting Controller are responsible for communicating with the Ramp Agents in regards to all Inbound and Outbound Flights. Any possible impacts to operation are to be foreseen by the Reporting Controller and reported to all appropriate parties. Reporting Controllers will be thoroughly trained in all aspects of the operation. Reporting Controllers must work diligently to seek information to ensure operation is running successfully
Responsibilities
  • Upkeep Inbound and Outbound Trucks Activity Logs
  • Professionally handle Inbound calls and outbound calls
  • Monitor Inbound and Outbound flights
  • Adapt to constant changes in procedures
  • Create and send reports on time "in the loop"

Minimum Requirements
  • 2 year's experience in Data Entry
  • Have ability to follow instructions
  • Be willing to work and be trained in all aspects of the operation

  • Display ability to work as a team
  • Detail Oriented
  • Must Be Flexible
