- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field OR Associate degree in engineering or related field and 2 years airline, OEM, MRO experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar desktop drafting application
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Job Skills:
- Familiar with FAA / EASA Airworthiness Directives, Boeing / Airbus Service Bulletins
- MBA or advanced degree in area of specialization
