Responsibilities
How will you make an impact?
Responsibilities
  • Oversees application and enforcement of the Attendance Control Policy for the Agent and Ramp workgroups ensuring 100% compliance with C23 discussion/ documentation and issuing attendance letters including termination. Oversees recruitment for Customer Service and Ramp Services including the onboarding, fingerprinting, medical and TSA/STA clearance processes
  • Works closely with the Payroll Department to ensure consistency with coding and employee pay compensation
  • Coordinates injury on duty follow-up, leaves of absence/return to work requests, medical clearance and CAR processing
  • Constructs and facilitates both Ramp and Agent work schedule bids including vacation bids for both work group
  • Create and enforce administrative and operational policies and procedures
  • Creates and maintains formulated Excel spreadsheets to analyze trends and facilitate projects in key areas such as budgets, headcount forecasts, overtime spending and attrition logs. Investigates and resolves employee administrative discrepancies
  • Prepares and participates in unemployment claim hearings. Coaches and counsels Agent/Support Staff and Management workgroups applying C3P and ACP/AMP when necessary. Completes ad-hoc analyses as required by department heads
  • Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Must have strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
  • Two or more years of airline operational experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver's license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
  • Supervisory experience, preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook , preferred
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel including charting/trending and PowerPoint, preferred
  • Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations and quantitative analyses, preferred
  • Ability to understand and apply provisions of union agreement and company/federal regulations, preferred
