Role Purpose Statement

Ramp Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all ground-level activities related to aircraft catering and loading.

This role requires a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and customer service. The supervisor will ensure seamless operations, on-time performance, and adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Main Accountabilities

1.    Oversees daily ramp operations, including loading and unloading of catering equipment and supplies.
2.    Manages ramp personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
3.    Ensures compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA, FAA, and TSA guidelines.
4.    Conducts regular safety inspections and training sessions.
5.    Coordinates with flight operations and catering teams to ensure timely and accurate loading of aircraft.
6.    Monitors and optimizes ramp efficiency, including equipment utilization and workflow.
7.    Resolves operational issues and problems in a timely and effective manner.
8.    Maintains accurate records and reports on ramp activities and performance metrics.
9.    Collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
