Job description

Take full ownership of a mission-critical TRAX system and shape how Magnifica Air delivers seamless maintenance and airworthiness operations.

You’ll be the internal expert keeping the system running smoothly, accurate, and ready to support live operations from proving runs through to full service. This is your chance to develop deep cross-functional influence across Maintenance, Engineering, Operations and IT while building long-term system authority that few get to hold.

With direct exposure to configuration governance, data integrity and user enablement, you’ll grow your technical and operational skill set fast. You’ll also reduce reliance on vendors and build lasting operational maturity as the airline scales.

Working on site in Orlando, where you’ll be at the heart of the business, collaborating across teams and shaping live outcomes with real-time system support.

What you’ll do

Own the administration, control and health of the TRAX system. You’ll make sure it accurately reflects approved maintenance programs and engineering standards, with configuration changes managed through controlled and auditable processes.

Provide first-line support for users in Maintenance and Operations. You’ll resolve access issues, workflows and data problems quickly to keep operations running without interruption.

Maintain data accuracy across all core records, including aircraft data, defect tracking and maintenance logs. You’ll investigate discrepancies, ensure audit readiness, and give regulators and leadership confidence in the system’s integrity.

Manage user access, enforcing compliance and segregation of duties. You’ll onboard new users, adjust permissions as needed, and keep everything aligned with regulatory and internal controls.

Support proving runs and early operations, acting as the go-to for any TRAX issues. You’ll provide operational support and make controlled configuration adjustments to meet live needs.

Document supported processes and workflows, standardizing how the system is used across the business. You’ll also work with IT to integrate TRAX with other platforms and manage vendor interactions for fixes and enhancements.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 5–7 years supporting airline maintenance, MRO systems, or regulated environments, with ownership of critical systems.
  • Experience administering or supporting eMRO/TRAX or similar MRO systems.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance operations, airworthiness, defect tracking and compliance systems.
  • Familiarity with FAA/EASA regulations and supporting startups or early-stage airline operations is a plus.

About us:

Magnifica Air is a new luxury aviation brand based in Orlando. If you want high standards, mutual respect and a place where values genuinely work both ways, you’ll feel at home here. The highest standards for our guests, the same respect for our people.
