Their duties typically include checking in passengers, issuing boarding passes, handling luggage, answering questions about flights, and resolving issues such as delays or lost baggage. They play a vital role in ensuring a smooth travel experience by providing information, support, and solutions to travelers. Customer service representatives work at airport ticket counters, gates, or over the phone, and are trained to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
