To thrive as an Aircraft Ramp Agent, you need physical stamina, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent, often with on-the-job training. Familiarity with ground support equipment, baggage handling systems, and adherence to safety protocols is essential. Strong teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are standout soft skills for this role.
