What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Go-To Eye for Detail: From checking newly received goods to inspecting work-in-progress and final machined parts, you will be the backbone of our quality management.
  • Problem Solve: Spot products that need a little re-work to meet our high standards, ensuring every part aligns perfectly with engineering designs.
  • Team Up: Collaborate and communicate across ALL internal departments to get things right the first time.
  • Keep It Official: Follow work instructions, ensure compliance, and accurately document approvals and non-conforming parts.

Repairtech International, Inc, an FAA state of the art repair station providing expertise to clients around the world utilizing our expertise in repair design development for mechanical repairs to aircraft parts for commercial and military aviation industries. We are low production however attention to detail and the ability to cross train is definitely a requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preliminary inspection of parts using CMM and/or speciation tools.
  • Verify all dimensions are within print and receive approval from Engineering department.
  • Perform in-process and final inspection of parts, go/no go gauges.
  • Examine, receive and log in customer’s part as needed.
  • Assess repair of incoming parts and final repairs.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with measuring equipment.
  • Able to read and interpret drawings and blue prints.
  • Good written, reading and verbal communication.
  • Clear vision.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School graduate or GED.
  • Exposed to manufacturing/machine shop/Aviation environments.
