We are recruiting for a leading aircraft leasing platform, which has a requirement for a Global Head of Procurement.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee aircraft and engine acquisitions, driving value through strategic sourcing.
  • Lead high-level contract negotiations with OEMs and engine manufacturers.
  • Partner with commercial and technical teams to align procurement with fleet strategy.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure delivery performance.
  • Stay abreast of market trends across Airbus, Boeing, and the engine sector.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in aircraft/engine, airframe, and BFE, either with airlines or lessors.
  • Strong experience in the aviation industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating with OEMs and suppliers.
