Ready to get hands-on with aircraft engines? We’re looking for a dependable Engine Shop Technician to support engine maintenance, disassembly, inspection, cleaning, assembly, and shop operations. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced aviation environment where safety, quality, and attention to detail matter every day.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Assist with the disassembly and assembly of aircraft engine components and accessories
  • Clean, inspect, identify, and organize engine parts according to approved procedures
  • Use hand tools, shop equipment, and measuring equipment safely and correctly
  • Follow technical data, work instructions, manuals, and company procedures
  • Assist technicians and inspectors with engine shop and overhaul activities
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Identify damaged, worn, or questionable components and report them to the appropriate supervisor or inspector

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Previous experience in an aircraft engine, aviation MRO, mechanical, or industrial environment is preferred
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort working with hand tools
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow direction
  • Ability to work in a hands-on shop environment and safely handle engine components

REQUIRED / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous aviation MRO or engine shop experience preferred
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations and aviation maintenance practices is a plus
  • Ability to successfully complete required company training and qualifications
