With locations in 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial customers and partners### **Now Hiring: Customer Support Engineer**We are currently hiring a **Customer Support Engineer** to support the lifecycle of Daher aircraft. This role focuses on resolving technical issues, developing repair solutions, and driving continuous improvements across systems and processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross‐functionally, participate in design reviews, and prepare technical documentation to support regulatory compliance.### ### **Key Responsibilities*** Develop and implement repairs, system improvements, and product enhancements* Review designs using **DFM** and **Lean Manufacturing** principles* Support aircraft maintenance procedures and manuals* Analyze data, identify trends, and troubleshoot technical issues* Collaborate across departments on engineering and product improvement initiatives* Prepare and present technical documentation to the **FAA (ACO/MIDO)*** Create engineering documentation using Microsoft Office tools* Utilize CAD software, preferably **Siemens NX**### **Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering** (or equivalent experience)* **A&P certification** is a plus (not required)* Proficiency with **Microsoft Office** and CAD tools* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills* Self‐motivated, able to work independently, and eager to take on new challenges### Why Join Kodiak AircraftAt Kodiak Aircraft, quality and safety are foundational to everything we do.
