Job Summary:
Embraer Aircraft Maintenance Services is seeking skilled and experienced A&P Technicians to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine and complex maintenance tasks on Embraer aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and modifications. The A&P Technician must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety and airworthiness.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and repairs on Embraer aircraft, including engines, landing gear, and other systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and recommend appropriate repairs.
  • Perform modifications and upgrades to Embraer aircraft systems, as necessary.
  • Complete all required maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with FAA regulations and Embraer procedures.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
