Weiss Air Conditioning & Plumbing | Montgomery County, TX

Weiss Air Conditioning & Plumbing is growing and looking to add an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to our team. If you have at least 2 years of residential HVAC experience, strong diagnostic skills, and enjoy helping customers solve comfort issues, we would like to meet you.

We are a locally owned company serving Montgomery, Conroe, The Woodlands, Magnolia, and surrounding communities, and we take pride in providing honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and reliable service.

What You Will Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and system inspections
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and repair options
  • Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every call
  • Complete work orders and documentation using company field software
  • Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and professional appearance
  • Follow company safety standards and service procedures

What You’ll Bring

  • EPA Universal Certification (Required)
  • Active TDLR License (Required)
  • 2+ Years of Residential HVAC Experience
  • Valid Driver’s License with at least 5 years of driving history
  • Strong troubleshooting ability
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional attitude and team-player mindset
