Position Overview
As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating, cooling, air quality, and energy-efficiency needs. Your role is to educate customers, present customized solutions, and guide them toward the best investment for their home and family.
This is a consultative sales position focused on helping customers solve problems-not applying pressure.
What You'll Do
Consultative Selling

  • Evaluate existing HVAC equipment and home comfort concerns.
  • Present customized system replacement and upgrade options.
  • Educate customers on efficiency, reliability, indoor air quality, and comfort solutions.
  • Present financing and payment options that fit customer needs.
  • Deliver professional proposals and confidently ask for the sale.
