What is an air ramp supervisor?

Air Ramp Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the loading, unloading, and movement of cargo and packages at airport ramps. They manage a team of ramp agents to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety regulations. Their duties often include coordinating schedules, training staff, handling equipment, and communicating with flight crews and logistics managers. Air Ramp Supervisors play a crucial role in maintaining timely departures and arrivals of cargo flights.
