Responsibilities:  

-Vendor invoice review, verification, three-way matching for purchase order, packing slip/receiving receipts, and invoice accuracy.

-Account reconciliation, vendor statements, and monthly credit card reconciliation.

-Accurate record keeping and filing.


Required qualifications:

-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable.

-High school diploma or higher.

-Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop and Microsoft Excel.

-High attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, good communication skills and positive attitude..
