As a Operations Manager, you are part of Best People. You are responsible for managing office administration and service departments, managing maintenance contracts, and serving as the corporate liaison. Utilizing our Best Systemsyou communicate with customers and our team to ensure work orders and invoices. You deliver the Best Results to your branch by being highly detailed and organized and having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 

Necessary Skills:

  • Highly proficient in all MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain schedules for task completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organizational skills

Necessary Requirements:

  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Microsoft Office experience required, must be strong in Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Dispatching experience, service call planning and job costing is preferred
  • Experience working for a service maintenance business is desired
