Job description


SAIC is seeking qualified candidates to support AF/A35 in implementing the Five Eyes Air Force Interoperability Council within the division.
The Exercises and Operational Training Infrastructure Division (AF/A35E) is a division within Air Force Future Operations (AF/A35). AF/A35E provides strategic policy, guidance, and capability development for the Air Force Exercise Program and Operational Training and Test Infrastructure (OTTI), supports AF/A35's role as OTTI Cross-Functional Team (CFT) lead, and serves as the operations subject matter expert for Strategic Basing and Encroachment Management. Activities assist OTTI capability to develop coordination across all appropriate agencies as defined by the government. Strategic guidance and policy development is enabled through review of applicable publications and issuances as defined by the government.
Qualifications
Required Experience/Qualifications:
  • Experience with AF operations in either the air, space, or cyber domain.
  • Experience with elements of AF OTTI, such as, airspace, ranges, simulators, or Distributed Mission Operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to accomplish AF-wide initiatives.
  • Experience with HAF-level coordination processes, policy development, and strategic communications at a senior level.
  • Bachelor's and Fourteen (14) or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree
  • US Citizen and current TS/SCI Security Clearance
  • Joint experience
  • SDE (or service equivalent) complete

Desired Experience/Qualifications:
  • In residence SDE (or service equivalent) complete
  • Rated officer
  • USAFE-AFAFRICA Headquarters staff or USAFE-AFAFRICA unit command experience
