Industrial Air Compressor Technician

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio / Northern Kentucky

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Air Compressor Technician to join our growing service team in Cincinnati, Ohio / Northern Kentucky. This role is ideal for a hands – on – professional who takes pride in quality work, values teamwork, and is committed to long – term employment with a stable company.

Key Responsibilities:


•        Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain industrial air compressors and related equipment through scheduled service calls and / or emergency (after – hours) calls.

•        Perform preventive maintenance and inspections at customer facilities.

•        Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accurately.

•        Complete service reports and documentation clearly and timely.

•        Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members.

•        Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area.

•        Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:


•        Experience servicing industrial air compressors or similar mechanical equipment

•     Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•        Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistency

•        Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

•        Ability to lift to 75 lbs. and work in industrial environments

•        Basic computer and / or mobile service software experience


Preferred (Not Required):


•        Factory training or certifications (Rotary Screw, Reciprocating, Oil – Free, etc.)

•        Experience with compressed air dryers, filters, and piping systems

•        HVAC certification
