Compressor Energy Services (CES) - part of Fidelity Building Services Group | Full-time
About the role
CES improves the efficiency of all industrial compressed air systems. We are expanding our support team for outside sales that generate our leads. This role is to support multiple outside sales representatives by vetting their leads and analyzing collected data to generate energy savings with an ROI for the customer.
What you'll do
  • Assist outside sales to qualify leads for our energy efficiency offerings.

  • As necessary, join outside sales on calls that have promise

  • Analyze data we have collected to identify energy savings opportunities in the compressor room and across the plant.

  • Build presentations for sales to present our findings.

  • Use our data and your knowledge to develop energy efficiency measures.

  • Be part of determining equipment choices and system upgrades for these projects.

  • Design energy efficient compressor systems around those products and system upgrades.

  • Support multiple outside sales representatives across our coverage area.

  • Present and support your data and calculations to the customer and utility engineering departments

  • Maintain the status of your projects in our CRM for all to see.

What we're looking for
  • Should be comfortable presenting your findings to an audience while assisting outside sales

  • Knowledge of compressed air systems is a benefit. The ability to learn about compressed air from our internal team is required.

  • Knowledge of Excel - able to sort and analyze large spreadsheets of data.

  • Build Excel charts that represent the system in ways appropriate for your audience

  • Help produce a Power Point presentation for the sales team to work with.

  • Knowledge of CADD is a benefit.

  • A self-starter who can build a project from our data with minimal direction.

  • Able to organize data from multiple time frames, for multiple projects.
