  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, or solution-focused therapy.
  • Monitor client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed to align with clients' evolving needs and goals.
  • Engage with families to provide support, facilitating a collaborative approach to treatment and enhancing their understanding of mental health issues.
  • Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations related to mental health practices, ensuring ethical and confidential handling of client information.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of mental health principles, applicable laws, and ethical guidelines.
  • Proficient in utilizing telehealth technology and EHR systems for effective client management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a community health setting or with marginalized populations is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment practices specific to anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders.
