Job description

Aimpoint Digital is a market-leading data, AI, analytics, and operations research advisory and solution engineering firm. We help organizations design, build, and operationalize enterprise-grade data and AI platforms, decision intelligence solutions, optimization systems, and production AI applications.

We are not a commodity consulting firm. We are a technical and strategic partner to organizations that need to move beyond experimentation and deploy AI into real business workflows with the architecture, governance, reliability, and operating discipline required for production.

As enterprises accelerate adoption of Claude and agentic AI systems, Aimpoint Digital is building a focused Anthropic practice that combines strategy, solution engineering, implementation, and adoption. We are seeking a Go-to-Market Leader to help build this partnership as a growth engine inside the business.

About the Role

As the Go-to-Market Leader for Aimpoint Digital's Anthropic partnership, you will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling our commercial motion around Anthropic and Claude-enabled enterprise AI solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, business development, AI strategy, solution development, sales enablement, and practice-building. You will shape how Aimpoint Digital shows up in the Anthropic ecosystem, build trusted relationships with Anthropic field, partner, product, and leadership stakeholders, and translate those relationships into qualified pipeline, differentiated offerings, and measurable revenue growth.

You will not be managing a mature, fully defined alliance program. You will be building one. That means creating the GTM plan, identifying the highest-value market plays, activating account teams, coordinating with technical leaders, shaping client opportunities, developing reusable sales assets, and establishing the operating cadence needed to turn the Anthropic relationship into a scalable commercial engine.

The right candidate is commercially sharp, highly organized, deeply relationship-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You should understand how enterprise consulting services are sold and delivered, how technology partnerships create leverage, and how AI adoption is changing the needs of business and technology leaders.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with our Head of AI GTM on the commercial strategy and execution plan for Aimpoint Digital's Anthropic partnership, including annual GTM planning, priority market segments, target accounts, solution plays, pipeline goals, enablement priorities, and success metrics.
  • Serve as a primary relationship lead between Aimpoint Digital and Anthropic GTM stakeholders, including partner, field sales, solution engineering, product, and executive contacts.
  • Partner with Aimpoint Digital practice leaders to define market-ready Claude and agentic AI offerings.
  • Develop joint value propositions that connect Anthropic capabilities with Aimpoint Digital's strengths in AI strategy, data platforms, operational analytics, decision intelligence, optimization, and production-grade AI implementation.
  • Drive pipeline creation and progression by coordinating account planning, pursuit strategy, sales plays, demos, executive briefings, workshops, and partner-led client introductions.
  • Build and run the operating cadence for the Anthropic partnership, including internal pipeline reviews, partner touchpoints, QBRs, executive alignment meetings, field enablement sessions, campaign planning, and post-sale feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, events, webinars, client workshops, thought leadership, and account-based marketing motions that position Aimpoint Digital as a high-caliber Anthropic implementation and advisory partner.
  • Help develop reusable intellectual property, solution accelerators, reference architectures, implementation playbooks, and executive narratives that strengthen Aimpoint Digital's position in the Anthropic ecosystem.
  • Stay current on Anthropic's product roadmap, Claude capabilities, enterprise deployment patterns, AI safety and governance considerations, pricing/licensing considerations, competitive positioning, and emerging client demand signals.
  • Act as an internal evangelist for the Anthropic partnership by educating consultants, account leaders, and delivery teams on where Claude is most valuable, how to identify opportunities, and how to position Aimpoint Digital's capabilities credibly.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an entrepreneurial GTM leader who can build structure where it does not yet exist. You are comfortable turning a strategic partnership into a practical business plan, then translating that plan into pipeline, pursuits, assets, operating rhythms, and revenue outcomes.

You have strong commercial instincts and know how to work across sales, partnerships, marketing, solution engineering, and delivery. You can build trusted relationships with technology partners while also challenging internal teams to focus on the highest-value opportunities. You are not satisfied with partner logos or vague ecosystem activity; you care about qualified pipeline, pursuit quality, win rates, delivery readiness, and measurable client impact.

You are credible with executives, field sellers, technical leaders, and consulting teams. You can synthesize complex AI, data, and business considerations into clear market narratives. You are comfortable discussing Claude, GenAI, agentic workflows, enterprise adoption, governance, and value realization without needing to be the deepest engineer in the room.

You should be energized by a build-stage role. This person will help define what the Anthropic partnership becomes at Aimpoint Digital, how we partner with Anthropic, how we sell Claude-enabled solutions, and how we create durable differentiation in the market.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, GTM strategy, technology consulting, enterprise sales, partner sales, or related commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated experience building alongside hyperscaler, AI model provider, or modern data platform GTM teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise consulting services, including how advisory, implementation, managed services, and solution engineering work are sold and delivered.
  • Proven ability to develop GTM plans, account plays, partner strategies, business cases, enablement materials, market-facing content, and executive-ready communications.
  • Track record of driving qualified pipeline, shaping pursuits, influencing revenue, and partnering with partner sales teams or account leaders to progress opportunities.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across technology partners, executives, field sellers, technical stakeholders, marketing, and delivery teams.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise AI adoption patterns, including use-case identification, data readiness, governance, security, AI risk, model evaluation, human-in-the-loop design, and value measurement.
  • Experience developing or commercializing offerings related to GenAI strategy, AI agents, enterprise copilots, knowledge assistants, workflow automation, AI governance, or AI operating models.

Location

We are actively seeking candidates for full-time, remote work within the United States. Atlanta-based applicants will have the opportunity to work in our headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA.
