Main Role: Miscellaneous Admin responsibilities

Recommended Responsibilities:

  • New Hire Tasks – i.e. boot vouchers, uniform orders, org chart & evac list updates, AccessIT rights, SAP Business Function Requests, AIM-MOC calendar access, etc.
  • Maintain digital display board content
  • Mail
  • Order office supplies
  • Catering for sitewide events
  • Support visitor meetings/trainings
  • Records management/document destruction
  • Scanning of documents
