Pay Range:

$51.05 - $76.60

You will have endtoend ownership of enterprise trust, consent, and preference capabilities. This role is accountable for setting direction, establishing operating models, and driving outcomes for consent and trust operations, not providing support or advisory services. Reporting to the Lead, Consumer Data & Trust Operations, you will own the execution, performance, and maturity of consent and trust capabilities that enable compliant, scalable data activation and personalization. The role partners with Privacy, Legal, Security, IT, and Marketing Technology leaders to ensure trust is embedded by design into platforms, processes, and decisionmaking. While this role doesn't currently have any direct reports, there will be one direct report in the near future.

Major Responsibilities:

Trust & Consent Ownership

  • Own the enterprise consent and preference management capability, including strategy execution, operating model design, and ongoing optimization.

  • Set standards and accountability for how consent and preferences are captured, managed, enforced, and audited across all consumer touchpoints.

  • Act as the designated business owner for consent and trust platforms (e.g.,OneTrust), defining roadmaps, requirements, and success measures.

  • Serve as the final operational decision authority for consent andtrustrelatedissues, risks, and escalations.

Platform & Capability Leadership

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and evolution of consent and trust platforms, with deep ownership ofOneTrustcapabilities and integrations.

  • Partner with IT and Marketing Technology to embed consent enforcement into CRM, CDP, CMP, marketing automation, and activation workflows.

  • Drive adoption and correct usage of consent tools and processes across marketing, digital, and data teams.

  • Evaluatenew technologies, features, and regulatory needs, translating them into platform and process enhancements.

Operational Excellence & Risk Management

  • Establish and own KPIs, controls, andmonitoring forconsent compliance, data usage risk, and operational effectiveness.

  • Proactivelyidentifygaps, risks, and inefficiencies in trust operations andleadremediation efforts.

  • Ensure documentation, operating procedures, and audit readiness for consent and trust processes.

  • Embed continuous improvement practices to scale trust operations alongside business growth and personalization needs.

Enterprise Partnership & Influence

  • Partner as a peer with Privacy, Legal, Security, Risk, and Marketing leaders to operationalize regulatory and policy requirements.

  • Influence enterprisedecisionmakingby clearly articulating tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations related to data use and consent.

  • Represent trust and consent operations in enterprise forums, initiatives, and technology governance bodies.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop trust andconsentprofessionals (e.g., Consent Analyst),establishingclear ownership, expectations, and accountability.

  • Build ahighperformingteam thatoperateswith autonomy, rigor, and a strong ownership mindset.

  • Coach team members to develop deep platformexpertise(includingOneTrust) and strong operational judgment.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • Relevant platformor domain certifications preferred (e.g.CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, AIGP,data governance,etc.)

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, social sciences, orrelatedfield.

Experience Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in trust operations, consent management, privacy operations, marketing technology, or data governance.

  • Demonstrated experience owning and leadingenterprisescaleconsent and preference management capabilities.

  • Prioraccountability for platform ownership, operating models, and outcomes (not advisory or support roles).

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams or major operational domains.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Deep,handsonexpertisewithOneTrust, including consent, preference, and privacy modules.

  • OneTrustcertificationsstronglypreferred (e.g.,OneTrustProfessional, Consent & Preferences, or equivalent).

  • Strong understanding of consent, privacy, and trust principles as applied to marketing and data ecosystems.

  • Proven ability to translate regulatory and policy requirements into durable, scalable operating models.

  • Executivelevelcommunication and influence skills with the ability to make and defend decisions.

  • High ownership mindset with comfortoperatingas a business and capability owner.

  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in complex, matrixed organizations

Preferred:
