Reporting to the Director of Internal Audit, the Technology Audit Senior Manager will design and execute modern, technology‑focused internal audit functions. In this player‑coach role you will lead and perform end‑to‑end audits across cloud, cybersecurity, and AI‑enabled environments, including planning, fieldwork, testing, workpapers, and reporting. You will shape the information technology and information systems audit methodology, tools, and approach, defining how Internal Audit evaluates risk in a cloud‑native and AI‑driven organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead or execute end‑to‑end technology audits and special projects—from risk assessment and planning through fieldwork, testing, work‑paper preparation, issue development, and reporting.
  • Serve as a hands‑on contributor in audit execution and internal control testing while reviewing and guiding junior auditors where applicable.
  • Apply data analytics, AI, and agile techniques to improve audit efficiency, coverage, and insight quality.
  • Participate in the annual risk assessment to help define the audit plan, focusing on key technology, cybersecurity, cloud, and AI risks.
  • Build strong relationships with business, technology, and risk leaders to serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Ensure audit work complies with IIA Standards and departmental quality expectations.
  • Stay current on emerging technology risks, cybersecurity threats, AI developments, and audit best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience auditing cloud‑native environments, including AWS/GCP, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and cybersecurity domains such as vulnerability management, identity and access management (IAM), incident response, and network security.
  • Experience evaluating AI governance, risks, and controls across generative AI, AI‑enabled processes, and agentic systems as well as general IT controls.
  • Proven ability to independently execute end‑to‑end audits, including planning, testing, work‑paper documentation, issue development, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to present findings to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a hands‑on capacity in a lean environment while coaching and reviewing the work of others.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Hands‑on experience using or building AI tools or agents.
  • Advanced degree in a related field; certifications such as CIA, CISA, CISSP, CPA, ISACA AAIA, or IAPP AIGP.
  • Experience in public accounting, consulting, or internal audit within healthcare organizations, including claims, electronic health records (EHR), care delivery, revenue cycle, or provider networks.
Salary

Salary Range: $110,000 – $160,000 per year.

Total Rewards Package
  • Employer‑sponsored health, dental, and vision plans with low or no premium
  • Generous paid time off
  • $100 monthly mobile or internet stipend
  • Stock options for all employees
  • Bonus eligibility for all roles excluding Director and above; commission eligibility for sales roles
  • Parental leave program
  • 401(k) program
