Position Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team as a full-time remote Mental Health Clinician. In this vital role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to provide high-quality mental health services to our diverse clientele, helping individuals overcome challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your contributions will significantly impact the well-being of clients, ensuring they receive personalized care tailored to their unique circumstances.

About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve. Our mission-driven practice operates within a community health clinic framework, focusing on delivering trauma-informed care through evidence-based interventions. With a strong emphasis on inclusion and support, we aim to empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and navigate their journeys to recovery.

Work Environment

As a remote Mental Health Clinician, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while maintaining a strong connection with your colleagues through virtual meetings and collaborative platforms. We foster a culture of support and professional development, ensuring that our clinicians thrive in a proactive and encouraging environment. Our practice prioritizes a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to create your own hours and manage your weekly schedule effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, focusing on client-centered care.
  • Maintain clinical documentation that upholds confidentiality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive care.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to enhance understanding and engagement in treatment.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health, attending webinars and workshops as part of your professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. You will work with clients who have a history of trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and other mental health issues, applying a trauma-informed lens to your practice. By tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each client, you will help them navigate their hurdles while promoting resilience and recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • At least two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling or therapy.
  • Proficiency in solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client engagement and teamwork.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address client needs dynamically.
Preferred Experience

Experience working in a community health setting is highly valued, as is familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Those who have previously collaborated with multidisciplinary treatment teams will find themselves at an advantage. Additionally, any experience providing telehealth services is a plus, as remote counseling becomes an integral part of modern therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, to support your well-being.
  • Life and disability insurance for financial security and peace of mind.
  • Malpractice insurance coverage to protect your professional practice.
  • Employee assistance program offering confidential mental health support.
  • Access to professional liability insurance.
  • Unlimited client referrals to ensure a fulfilling caseload without the burden of excessive paperwork.

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we prioritize the career development of our clinicians. Through ongoing training, mentorship, and access to educational resources, you will have the opportunity to enhance your clinical skills and advance in your career. We encourage our clinicians to pursue specialized certifications and leadership roles within our organization, reinforcing our commitment to professional growth and excellence in mental health care.
