Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, focusing on client-centered care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

By tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each client, you will help them navigate their hurdles while promoting resilience and recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling or therapy.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client engagement and teamwork.

Preferred Experience
