Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with them.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to support clients' growth.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals tailored to the clients’ aspirations, and monitor their progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Facilitate virtual sessions through video conferencing platforms, ensuring that clients have access to therapy regardless of location or mobility challenges.
• Adhere to ethical standards by maintaining accurate, confidential documentation of each client interaction while ensuring that all therapeutic activities are compliant with state regulations.
