Our client, a network of therapist-owned and operated outpatient physical therapy clinics in Georgia is seeking patient-focused Physical Therapists to provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. Outpatient Clinics in the following locations:
Athens
Conyers
Decatur
Duluth
Kennesaw
Lawrenceville
Marietta
McDonough
Snellville
Stockbridge
Stone Mountain
Adult Patient Population
36 Hours a Week with schedule flexibility (Clinic Operation Hours: 7:00AM - 7:00PM Mon-Fri)
Relocation Assistance
Open to Newly-licensed PTs
Responsibilities
Provide excellent health care for patients
Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care
Treat patients and set measurable, functional goals
Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises
Supervise aides and monitor patient progress
Address pain management as a crucial component of care
Determine when to discharge patients and teach proper mechanics and strategies
Write timely and accurate documentation
Achieve a reasonable level of productivity
Participate in research studies and help develop protocols
Give input on policies, procedures, and strategy
Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
Continuing skills development by staying updated in the latest research and techniques
Requirements
Physical Therapist License in the state of Georgia
Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
