An AI Training job involves preparing and refining data to help improve artificial intelligence models. AI Training specialists are primarily responsible for curating, labeling, and managing large datasets that are used to train machine learning models. To thrive in AI Training, you need a solid understanding of machine learning concepts, data annotation, and statistical analysis, often supported by a background in computer science or related fields. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and critical thinking are important soft skills for this role.
