Job description

Description
Nebius Academy (powered by TripleTen) partners with forward-thinking companies to help finance teams adopt AI and build practical, job-ready skills that drive measurable business impact.
We design hands-on learning experiences that enable finance professionals to integrate artificial intelligence into their daily workflows-from financial analysis and FP&A to reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and executive communication. Our programs focus on real-world business scenarios, helping organizations improve productivity, strengthen decision-making, and adopt AI safely and responsibly in data-sensitive financial environments.
As we continue expanding our AI for Finance portfolio, we're looking for experienced finance practitioners who have successfully integrated AI into their own workflows and can transform that expertise into high-quality learning content. This role goes beyond teaching-you will help design practical frameworks, real-world case studies, templates, and methodologies that empower finance professionals to work smarter with AI.
What you will do
  • Design and author high-quality AI for Finance learning content, including module outlines, lessons, practical exercises, and competency-based learning outcomes.
  • Create realistic, hands-on workshops using anonymized financial datasets, real business scenarios, and AI-powered finance workflows.
  • Develop practical resources such as prompt libraries, templates, playbooks, checklists, and reusable frameworks for finance professionals.
  • Translate real-world finance experience into engaging case studies covering FP&A, financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, executive communication, and workflow automation.
  • Ensure all content reflects current AI capabilities, finance best practices, and safe, responsible AI adoption in regulated environments.
  • Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers (LXD) and the curriculum team to create engaging, business-relevant learning experiences.
  • Review, refine, and continuously improve course materials based on learner feedback, evolving AI tools, and changes in finance practices.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for AI-powered finance workflows, ensuring technical accuracy and practical business relevance across all learning assets.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Financial Analysis, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Procurement, or another finance function.
  • Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to finance, analytical, or decision-support workflows.
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes, including financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and executive communication.
  • Experience using AI to improve finance workflows involving structured data, financial documents, research, reporting, or automation.
  • Experience creating practical frameworks, templates, playbooks, prompt libraries, or documentation that improve finance team productivity.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools used in day-to-day finance operations.
  • Professional fluency in English.

Nice to Have
  • Experience designing training materials, courses, workshops, or enablement content.
  • Experience delivering workshops, webinars, or internal training for finance professionals.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered finance tools such as ChatGPT Advanced Data Analysis, Julius AI, NotebookLM, Perplexity, Gamma, or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience collaborating with instructional designers or learning experience teams.
  • Availability to work within European time zones.

What we can offer you
  • The opportunity to create impactful content while maintaining your primary job: Share your expertise without leaving your current role
  • Competitive hourly rate of $40-$80 USD for flexible part-time collaboration with significant impact and an amazing team!
  • Remote cooperation with a schedule convenient for both you and the team: We don't focus on micromanagement
  • Cross-cultural experience: Become part of an international team and connect with professionals from diverse backgrounds
  • Meaningful impact: Share your knowledge and help experienced engineers advance their skills through high-quality educational content
  • Participation in innovative projects: Contribute to shaping the future of programming education and AI adoption
  • Professional growth: Receive feedback and develop your skills as a technical content creator and thought leader
