What are AI RNs?

AI RNs, or Artificial Intelligence Registered Nurses, are licensed nursing professionals who leverage artificial intelligence tools and technologies to enhance patient care, streamline administrative tasks, and support clinical decision-making. These nurses work alongside AI-powered systems that can assist with patient monitoring, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation, allowing them to focus more on direct patient interactions and complex care needs. While AI RNs still perform traditional nursing duties, their expertise in using advanced technologies is increasingly important as healthcare systems adopt digital solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
