What you bring to the role

  • Experience measuring platform usage, adoption, performance, and business value to drive continuous improvement
  • Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills, with curiosity and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a service-oriented role
  • Experience working with vendors and internal teams to evaluate tools, resolve issues, and support roadmap planning
