The Role
Broccolini is building an internal AI Skill Factory to transform how work gets done across the business.
As new departments adopt AI-enabled workflows, the demand for practical, scalable AI tools continues to grow. The Senior AI Skill Builder will help accelerate deployment by building, testing, and refining reusable AI skills that support teams across construction, finance, HR, estimation, project management, and operations.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on speed, iteration, and practical business impact.

Applied AI Experience: Has built prompts, workflows, or AI-powered tools. Not just used ChatGPT casually, but created practical solutions or personal projects using LLMs.
Strong Written Communication: AI skill quality depends heavily on clear thinking and precise writing. The ability to write structured, unambiguous instructions is critical.
Fast Iteration Speed: Thrives in rapid feedback loops and improves outputs quickly through testing and refinement.
Curiosity About Real Business Problems: Interested in understanding how teams actually operate and how AI can improve execution in practical ways.
