Position Summary:

The Project Manager – AI Production Systems is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that support HOME, Wellcom's AI-enabled production ecosystem. This role works across creative, production, technology, and business teams to ensure AI initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination for AI development, production workflows, and process improvements, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders while driving operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and production technology initiatives within HOME.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI Developers, Creative Technologists, CGI Artists, Production, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Support the implementation of AI-enabled workflows that improve creative production efficiency and scalability.
  • Track budgets, schedules, priorities, and project performance metrics.
  • Lead project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and process improvements.
  • Promote Agile project management practices and continuous improvement across teams.



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in technology, creative production, marketing, or digital environments.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive projects from initiation through delivery.
