Golden Analytics is an AI-native business intelligence platform built for data teams tired of the tradeoffs in today's tools. It pairs the depth of self-service analytics with the accessibility of a modern design tool, and adds AI that augments how analysts work instead of getting in the way.

As an AI Engineer, you will own the AI functionality that makes a third-generation BI platform tick. You will bring existing models into a fast-moving product and build and fine-tune new ones to power an AI analyst that captures best practices for working with data. You will build AI-native analysis, visualizations, and dashboards, AI-infused tools for modeling, data preparation, enrichment, and monitoring, and natural language interfaces for analytics. There is no barrier between you and users: you will join customer calls, gather feedback, and translate it straight into what you build.

• Build and fine-tune AI models that power an AI analyst and capture best practices for working with data.
• Bring existing AI models into a fast-moving BI platform and apply them in new ways.
• Build AI-native data analysis, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Build AI-infused analytical tools for modeling, data preparation, enrichment, and monitoring.
• Build natural language interfaces for analytics.

• Strong development experience building customer-facing functionality on existing AI models and ML technologies (LLMs, vector databases, coding agents).
• Experience building new models and fine-tuning existing models for new domains.
• Full-stack development and integration with cloud-deployed, customer-facing applications (Vite, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Vercel, Supabase).
• Experience building software using AI (coding agents).
• Product thinking and customer orientation, with comfort in ambiguity and rapid iteration.

$100,000-$200,000, plus equity. Ground-floor role at a well-funded startup backed by top-tier VCs, working directly with founders and customers. In-person in Bellevue, WA, with relocation considered for exceptional candidates. H-1B visa transfers are supported; the company is not sponsoring new H-1B visas at this time.
