Role Overview

The DEX team seeks a Technical Program Management Lead (IC) with strong technical acumen and delivery expertise to provide leadership and cross-team coordination for large-scale, complex solution transformations across the DEX space.
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) Lead, you will coordinate across multiple solution delivery teams-managing project and program budget, timeline, and scope delivery in partnership with Product Management-ensuring all work meets overall program goals and definitions of success. You will drive alignment across diverse teams for the successful delivery of complex initiatives across our Employee Success, Communications, and Real Estate domains.
The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of Enterprise Experience and Agents, exceptional program management and interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to engage and present effectively to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Your Impact - Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure comprehensive alignment of deliverables across all contributing teams throughout the project and program lifecycle.

  • Execution & Prioritization: Drive prioritization and execution of cross-functional program initiatives; orchestrate and manage interdependencies between projects and programs within designated portfolios.

  • Milestone Tracking: Coordinate and monitor the progression and successful delivery of critical program milestones.

  • Governance & Reporting: Establish and enforce governance frameworks for decisions, escalations, and change controls pertaining to scope, schedule, and budget. Accurately report delivery progress, risks, and mitigations to leadership.

  • Agile Planning: Contribute to Program Increment (PI) Planning (for SAFe-driven engagements) and other strategic work planning initiatives, synthesizing outputs into comprehensive program materials in close collaboration with Engineering and Product roles.

  • GUS Systems Alignment: Collaborate with the Product team to identify and align on relevant GUS projects for the program, ensuring accurate creation in GUS in adherence to established work breakdown structure guidelines.

  • Financial Oversight: Oversee and manage the program's financial budget.

  • Continuous Improvement: Lead thorough program retrospectives upon closure and following critical milestones to capture lessons learned; actively engage with Portfolio Leaders to provide feedback on tools, standards, and processes.

  • Onboarding & Intake: Facilitate knowledge transfer and onboarding for new program members, and provide support to Portfolio Managers in the efficient intake and prioritization of new work.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6+ years of experience in a Technical Program or Project Management role driving complex software delivery.

  • Proficiency in enterprise-level software and collaboration platforms (e.g., G-Suite, Slack, Linear, or comparable systems).

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize business and technical requirements to develop robust project plans, estimates, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Extensive experience in business process optimization pertaining to enterprise software and internal operational workflows.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication abilities; adept at performing effectively under pressure and managing multiple priorities concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience leveraging Salesforce technology and the Salesforce product suite.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Certification.
