Key Responsibilities
    Lead AI integration and automation projects from concept to delivery, ensuring business goals, timelines, and ROI are met.
    Design and implement API-based integrations between the AI chatbot and enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint, HR, Finance, CRM, and IT operations platforms).
    Configure and optimize existing chatbot workflows and connectors to enhance process efficiency and user experience.
    Work hands-on with APIs, SDKs, and orchestration tools to connect applications and automate repetitive tasks.
    Partner with business stakeholders to identify processes suitable for AI and automation integration.
    Develop reusable frameworks, connectors, and integration patterns for scalable enterprise use.
    Collaborate with data, security, and IT teams to ensure all AI integrations meet compliance, privacy, and performance standards.
    Monitor performance, adoption, and business outcomes of deployed integrations; iterate for continuous improvement.
    Serve as product manager for the enterprise AI chatbot, managing roadmap, adoption, and integration strategy.
    Advocate for AI-enabled services, helping teams understand how integrations can improve efficiency and decision-making.
 

Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field required.
    Master's degree (MBA or MS in AI/Data Analytics) a plus.
    ITIL v3+ certification preferred.
    Certifications in automation, cloud, or AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, UiPath, AWS AI/ML) desirable.
 

Experience
    5-7+ years in IT service delivery, automation, or digital transformation.
    Proven hands-on experience building and deploying API-based integrations between enterprise systems and automation or AI platforms.
    Experience connecting chatbots or virtual agents to business systems through APIs or middleware.
    Working knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Logic Apps, ServiceNow, or equivalent workflow tools.
    Familiarity with LLM-driven tools (e.g., Copilot, Moveworks, Azure OpenAI) and how they integrate into enterprise environments.
    Understanding of authentication, authorization, and data flow best practices (OAuth, REST, JSON, Graph API, etc.).
    Experience managing cross-functional technical projects with measurable business outcomes.
    Prior people leadership experience a plus.
    Proficiency in at least one scripting or integration language (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript).
    Experience working with REST APIs, SDKs, and webhooks.
    Familiarity with data integration concepts and workflow orchestration tools.
    Strong understanding of enterprise systems integration (HR, ITSM, Finance, CRM).
