As a Bomber Aviation Mission Expert, you will bring your leadership, advisory, strategic, tactical, and technical skills and Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF), Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), combatant command, and operational knowledge and skills to help the Air Force conduct analysis, assessments, and develop recommendations to support bomber requirements and life cycle management. You'll sharpen your skills as you research, analyze, assess, plan, and support initiatives to keep the bomber fleet viable throughout its life cycle. Work with us to help plan, program, and execute integration of new technology into the Department of Defense. You served your country as a leader and highly capable government servant-now, continue your mission with us. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: * 10+ years of experience as a leader in Department of War organizations including military aviation, staff operations, and cross-functional issues
* Knowledge of military aviation, military planning, operational level planning, joint requirements process, contingency response operations, and major command staff roles
* Ability to analyze and assess complex projects involving state-of-the-art technology and translate that technology into improved capability for the warfighter
* TS/SCI clearance
* Bachelor's degree in science
* Military rated aviation qualification Certification Nice If You Have: * Experience planning and executing military operations and processes at an operational unit
* Experience with bomber weapons and tactics
* Experience in bomber aviation test procedures
* Experience in a Major Air Force Command
* Ability to articulate issues to Directorate and Division leadership regarding development and deployment of aviation processes and systems
