As an AI and Data Science Engineer on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for...
  • Design and engineer secure, automated data pipelines from authoritative source systems into a centralized analytics environment using Palantir Foundry and cloud-based technologies.
  • Build and deploy scalable data engineering solutions that enable digital transformation goals and support mission-critical decision-making.
  • Develop prototype MVP dashboards, analytics views, and workflow applications tailored to high-priority functional domains and operational needs.
  • Integrate, transform, and operationalize enterprise data to deliver analytics products that improve reporting, visibility, and user adoption across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, lead technical workshops, resolve issues, and demonstrate solutions through client-facing presentations and demos.
  • Apply data modeling, ETL, DevOps, and statistical programming practices to improve data quality, platform performance, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of AI-enabled workflow applications and agentic solutions to enhance automation and decision support.
  • Contribute to solution design and delivery in secure environments, ensuring alignment with clearance requirements and enterprise data governance standards.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience in data science, data manipulation, or data analysis
  • 1+ years of experience working with Palantir Foundry
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
  • 2+ years of experience with pipeline and application development within Palantir Foundry
  • 3+ years of experience in professional services or federal consulting
  • Experience translating technical concepts for nontechnical audiences
  • Experience evaluating and applying new technologies, products, or libraries
  • Experience producing written communications for technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Experience organizing and managing multiple deliverables
