WHAT YOU'LL DO

•      Partner with the COO and Corporate Operations Manager on strategic projects and company initiatives.
•      Turn rough ideas, conversations, and outlines into organized, polished deliverables.
•      Build presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
•      Analyze store metrics, KPIs, and business performance data.
•      Track and maintain client KPIs and present them on weekly calls.
•      Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to draft, refine, and speed up work across departments
•      Spot inefficiencies and build reusable templates, systems, and workflows.
•      Manage timelines, revisions, and follow-through across multiple priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

•      Strong organization and project-coordination skills.
•      Excellent written and verbal communication.
•      Hands-on comfort using AI tools for practical, everyday work.
•      Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and quality control.
•      Able to juggle multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities.
•      Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
