Job description
This is a #hybrid role based in Rogers, AR, requiring in-office collaboration three days per week.
You will lead a team of Space Planning professionals providing project-based support to Category Advisors and Category Captains serving leading CPG manufacturers. This role is primarily focused on Walmart category reviews and the MOD relay process while supporting category management initiatives across multiple retail channels.
You will be responsible for client relationship management, project execution, financial performance, associate development, and business growth. This leader oversees project scoping, resource planning, budgeting, staffing, and delivery while leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions to drive efficiency, quality, and client value.

- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in space management, category management, retail analytics, or a related field, including 2+ years of people leadership experience.
- Proven expertise in Walmart category reviews, MOD development, MOD relay processes, and retail space planning.
- Advanced proficiency with Blue Yonder Space Planning/Floor Planning and planogram automation tools.
- Strong experience in client relationship management, project delivery, budgeting, resource planning, and business development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Category Management certification.
- Experience leading project-based teams across multiple clients, categories, or retail channels.
