  • Be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team

What You'll Do

As a High School Math Intervention Teacher, you'll work directly with students in grades 9โ€“12 who need additional academic support.

  • Follow educational policies, procedures, and program expectations

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and intervention strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use online tools for student progress monitoring and data analysis
  • Strong relationship-building skills with students, families, and school partners

  • Small-group intervention or specialized instruction
  • Middle or high school education
  • Renaissance STAR assessments
  • Structured curriculum implementation
  • Title I services in non-public schools
  • Working collaboratively with instructional teams

  • Moving between classrooms and learning spaces
  • Occasionally lifting or carrying instructional materials weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • Using stairs as needed within school buildings

You'll Have Support

You won't be expected to figure it all out on your own.

Our instructional leadership team provides ongoing coaching, professional development, and instructional support to help you strengthen your practice and give students the support they need.

Ready to Make a Difference?

If you're a Wisconsin-licensed Math teacher who believes every student can grow with the right support, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
