Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Business Document Expert and play a pivotal role in evaluating and elevating the next generation of AI-driven productivity tools. In this fully remote role, you'll harness your business acumen and advanced Office Suite skills to ensure AI-generated business documents meet the highest standards of excellence, clarity, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate directly with AI systems to execute sophisticated business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  2. Evaluate, critique, and deliver structured feedback on diverse AI-generated deliverables spanning finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
  3. Design and test realistic business scenarios that reflect current professional workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
  4. Review AI outputs for precision, business relevance, and adherence to Fortune 500 or consulting-level quality standards.
  5. Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams, driving continuous AI improvement.
  6. Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues to ensure AI systems consistently meet business user needs.
  7. Champion quality, structure, and clarity in every deliverable, helping bridge the gap between business expertise and AI innovation.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
  3. Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for creating polished, professional business deliverables.
  4. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and both written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Acute attention to detail with the ability to critically assess and provide clear, constructive feedback.
