It is expected that this individual continuously invests in learning and stays informed of the latest in Data Governance, Analytics, and Data Science approaches, solutions, frameworks, technology offerings, and best practices.This is a hybrid role based in Glendale, WI, requiring on‑site work 3 days per week.Specific Responsibilities:Leads the Data Governance Council meetings, prepares agenda, and follow-ups.Leads discovery to understand data systems, processes, and people affecting one or several data domains. Applies COBIT frameworks specific to data governance and data management needs.Engages stakeholders, sponsors, executives, and business users to map existing data owners and responsible parties, and drive consensus on future data ownership.Implements change management across diverse functional areas when introducing data governance solutions (quality rules, monitoring tools, data catalogs) that will affect the way individuals work; and gets users’ commitment to adopt new solutions and to change their business processes if needed.Effectively maps user decisions to systems, data, actions, and motivators to design industry-leading customer experiences.
