Senior AI Full Stack Engineer

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

**** is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Full Stack Engineer to help drive the next generation of AI-powered software development capabilities across a large enterprise environment. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI developer tooling, and platform innovation, helping teams accelerate development through intelligent workflows, automation, and modern engineering practices.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing and integrating AI developer tools, building agentic workflows, and developing scalable full-stack applications. This is an opportunity to influence how AI is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle while collaborating with engineering leaders, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, integrate, and optimize AI engineering platforms and developer tooling
  • Develop and support agentic workflows, AI agents, and reusable AI capabilities across the organization
  • Contribute to the evolution of an AI-enabled software development lifecycle spanning requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
  • Build modern full-stack applications and internal platforms that support AI adoption and collaboration
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies through proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs
  • Monitor usage, adoption, performance, and cost optimization of AI tools and platforms
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
  • Mentor team members and contribute to engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proven experience implementing, integrating, supporting, or optimizing AI developer tools such as:
    • Claude Code

  • Experience collaborating across multiple engineering teams and stakeholder groups
  • Comfortable working in rapidly evolving technology environments

What We're Looking For

We're specifically seeking engineers who have actively built, implemented, integrated, or optimized AI developer tooling and workflows. Candidates whose experience is limited to simply using AI tools as part of day-to-day software development may not be the best fit for this opportunity.

Successful candidates will combine strong technical depth with the ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and help shape the future of AI-driven software engineering.

If you're passionate about developer experience, AI innovation, and building scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact, we'd love to hear from you.
